Spring Break Fun

The kids had Spring break the week of Easter so we tried to do a lot to keep them busy and get them out of the house. We went to a bouncy place, decorated easter sugar cookies and dyed easter eggs. Asbury Woods Maple Festival

Asbury woods is a nature center in our community. We went there for the Maple Syrup festival. We did crafts and face painting, ate some pancakes with delicious real maple syrup and took a tour where we learned all about maple syrup. Did you know that it takes 40 gallons of maple sap from a maple tree to make one gallon of maple syrup?
